I have had this type of problem with Microsoft Office, and they can solve it.
Suggest you get back to MS.
1. ask them for a case number - that tells them you are not going away without a solution.
2. if the first person does not know how to handle the problem, ask for a supervisor.
Be persistent and don't let them brush you aside. (On my first call I was told it would cost $70 to get advice.)
